Executive summary
Payment volume reached €4.6 billion, up 5.7% year-over-year; revenue grew 3.7% to €37.4 million, or 7% adjusted for one-time items in 2024.
All business units contributed to growth, with strong performance in Retail France and iGaming/Digital; POS transaction revenue up 72.3% year-over-year.
Net income was €0.4 million, down from €5 million in H1 2024 due to significant one-off gains.
Operating income was €1.7 million, compared to €3 million in the prior year period.
Launched an improved Sentinel® anti-fraud module, tripling rules processing speed and enhancing transaction security.
