Executive summary
Q3 FY26 delivered strong business momentum, robust profitability, and stable asset quality, with disbursements of ₹13,184 million, up 10.5% YoY and 2.2% QoQ, and AUM reaching ₹149,249 million, up 24.9% YoY and 5.3% QoQ.
Profit after tax rose 44% YoY to ₹1,402 million, with net total income up 34.8% YoY to ₹2,903 million.
Technology adoption remains high, with 81% of approvals via account aggregator, 80%+ loans digitally fulfilled, and 96% customer app registration.
Management reaffirmed stability, dispelling rumors about leadership changes and reappointing the Chief Compliance Officer.
Statutory auditors issued a limited review report with an unmodified conclusion.
Financial highlights
Total income for Q3 FY26 was ₹4,836.75 million, up from ₹4,059.47 million in Q3 FY25; profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹1,402 million, up from ₹973.83 million YoY.
Net interest margin rose to 6% from 5.4% in the previous quarter; net interest income for Q3FY26 was ₹2,122 million, up 49% YoY.
Return on assets (ROA) for Q3FY26 was 4% and return on equity (ROE) was 13.7%.
Excluding one-time gratuity provision, earnings growth was 46.6% YoY and 8.3% QoQ.
Cost-to-income ratio was 32%, and operating cost to asset was 2.7%.
Outlook and guidance
AUM growth guidance maintained at 25% for FY26 and FY27, targeting ₹200,000 million by March 2027.
Management expects asset quality to improve in Q4, with better collection efficiencies and early delinquencies already reduced.
