Executive summary
AUM reached ₹13,479 crore, up 28.6% year-over-year and 6% quarter-on-quarter.
Disbursements for the quarter were ₹1,243 crore, second highest in company history, up 7% year-over-year.
Profit after tax for Q1FY26 stood at ₹1,189 crore, with ROA at 3.7% and ROE at 14.9%.
Raised ₹1,250 crore via QIP, strengthening capital base and network; long-term credit rating upgraded to AA stable.
Expanded to 158 branches and 1,709 staff, now serving 142 districts in 13 states.
Financial highlights
Total income for Q1FY26 was ₹4,552.7 million, up 33.4% year-over-year and 9.4% quarter-on-quarter.
Net interest margin rose to 5.2% from 5.1% sequentially; net interest income at ₹1,675.5 million, up 27.9% year-over-year.
Profit after tax increased to ₹1,189 million, up 35.5% year-over-year and 13.6% quarter-on-quarter.
Cost-to-income ratio at 34.2%, down 150 bps quarter-on-quarter.
Book value per share as of June 2025 is ₹373; net worth at ₹38,551.1 million.
Outlook and guidance
Disbursement guidance for FY26 remains at ₹5,600–5,800 crore.
Credit cost guidance maintained at 30–40 basis points; disciplined risk management as scale increases.
Co-lending contribution targeted to reach 10% of disbursements as scale increases.
Expect cost of borrowing to improve in Q2, with June/July marginal cost below 8%.
Aim to deliver 15% ROE in the next 5–6 quarters.
