Executive summary
Nettoumsatz stieg im Geschäftsjahr 2025/26 um 4,0 % auf 6.081,7 Mio. €, getrieben durch höhere Kundenfrequenz (+3,0 %) und Onlinewachstum (+7,1 %).
Adjusted EBIT legte um 0,6 % auf 235,0 Mio. € zu, während der Konzernjahresüberschuss um 5,7 % auf 108,8 Mio. € sank.
Vier neue Märkte eröffnet, Expansion in Serbien angekündigt, Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Interconnected Retail.
Marktanteile in Kernländern weiter ausgebaut, insbesondere in den Niederlanden, Tschechien, Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich.
Financial highlights
EBITDA stieg um 0,8 % auf 490,6 Mio. €, EBITDA-Marge bei 8,1 % (Vj. 8,3 %).
Adjusted EBIT-Marge bei 3,9 % (Vj. 4,0 %), EBIT-Marge stabil bei 3,8 %.
Operativer Cashflow erhöhte sich auf 380,2 Mio. €, Free Cashflow nach Dividende auf 221,9 Mio. €.
Investitionen stiegen auf 135,3 Mio. €, davon 31 % in Grundstücke und Gebäude.
Eigenkapitalquote bei 38,3 %, Nettoverschuldungsgrad (Net Debt/EBITDA) bei 3,2.
Outlook and guidance
Für 2026/27 wird ein Nettoumsatz auf oder leicht über Vorjahresniveau (6.081,7 Mio. €) und ein Adjusted EBIT auf Vorjahresniveau (235,0 Mio. €) erwartet.
Geplante Expansion mit drei neuen Standorten, Investitionen werden deutlich über Vorjahr liegen.
Prognose reflektiert geopolitische Unsicherheiten, steigende Energie- und Logistikkosten sowie moderaten Kostenanstieg.
