• Granite Creek Open Pit, a large, high-grade, low-CAPEX project, is in technical studies and permitting, with a 10-year mine life and ~130koz/year production target.

• Archimedes Underground is under construction, with first gold expected Q4 2026 and a feasibility study by mid-2027; supports ~100koz/year at AISC $1,893/oz.

• Mineral Point Open Pit, the largest oxide Au-Ag deposit in the portfolio, is advancing with a $50M royalty allocation and a major drilling campaign to support a pre-feasibility study by mid-2027.

• Cove Underground is in technical studies and permitting, targeting ~100koz/year over 8 years, with feasibility study completion in Q3 2026.

Processing infrastructure and Lone Tree Plant

• Lone Tree Plant refurbishment is on track for late-2027 first gold pour, with engineering studies complete and a $430M capital estimate.

• Plant design supports dual POX-CIL processing, increasing payability on refractory material from 55–60% to ~92% recovery and enabling flexible, efficient operations.

• Extensive trade-off studies and detailed engineering have de-risked the project, with a potential payback period of 12–24 months.

• Three underground mines (Granite Creek, Archimedes, Cove) are expected to feed the plant, reducing reliance on third-party toll milling.
