IDT Corporation is a holding company, which engages in the provision of retail telecommunications and payment services. It operates through the following segments: Telecom Platform Services, Consumer Phone Services and All Other. The Telecom Platform Services segment offers termination of international long distance voice traffic; retail communication services; wholesale carrier services; electronic prepaid phone cards and minutes of use associated with phone cards; enhanced communication services, including multimedia, satellite, IP communications and network access; and infrastructure products comprising software platforms for phone card applications and broadband communications infrastructure equipment.
