Executive summary

• H1 2026 revenue rose 107.79% YoY to RMB760.50m; gross profit increased 441.20% to RMB92.40m, while attributable loss narrowed 70.21% to RMB53.01m.

• More than 289,000 ADAS solutions and products were delivered, up 149.14% YoY; 37 OEM projects were nominated, up 94.74%.

Financial highlights

• Gross margin expanded to 12.15% from 4.67%; operating loss narrowed to RMB48.81m from RMB182.24m, and loss before tax was RMB53.88m.

• Period loss was RMB53.75m versus RMB177.95m; basic and diluted loss per share improved to RMB0.21 from RMB0.75. No interim dividend was recommended.

Outlook and guidance

• Most of the 37 newly nominated vehicle projects are expected to enter production in 2026 and 2027; Malaysia JV mass production and customer deliveries are expected in Q3 2026, subject to final customer audit.

• Strategy prioritizes Journey 6-platform products, end-to-end and VLA algorithms, broader OEM coverage, overseas expansion, and commercialization of Level 4 logistics, robotics and embodied-intelligence applications.
