Executive summary
9M 2026 sales revenue rose 13.9% YoY to €178.6m; product sales increased 14.0% to €176.5m, supported by organic growth and acquired Marine businesses.
Automotive and Leisure led product-market growth, while Hospitality and Cooling Appliances remained below prior-year 9M levels.
Financial highlights
Sales revenue was €178.6m vs. €156.8m in 9M 2025; product sales were €176.5m vs. €154.9m, up 14.0% (14.6% at constant exchange rates).
Product-sales growth comprised 9.8% organic growth, 4.8% M&A contribution and a 0.6% negative FX effect.
Sundry revenues increased 6.0% to €2.1m, mainly from transport-cost recovery and mould-cost re-invoicing to Automotive customers.
Segment performance
Automotive revenue rose 14.3% to €108.9m, or 61% of product sales, with recovery in Europe and North America after two years of downturn.
Leisure revenue increased 36.5% to €26.5m; Q3 like-for-like revenue grew 14.9% YoY, reflecting organic recovery and acquired-business contributions.
Components & Spare Parts revenue grew 8.7% to €20.6m, driven primarily by Autoclima Group sales.
Hospitality revenue declined 4.3% to €12.1m, mainly due to a 5.5% Hotel drop; Cruise and Hotel showed gradual recovery through the year.
Cooling Appliances revenue fell 2.0% to €8.4m, although Q3 revenue rose 37.7% YoY, supported by Professional milk-refrigerator orders, up 11.5%.
