Executive summary
Standalone Q3 FY26 billings grew 12% Y-O-Y to INR 747 crore; revenue up 14% Y-O-Y to INR 765 crore; operating profit rose 13% Y-O-Y to INR 297 crore with a 39% margin; cash from operations before tax was INR 376 crore; cash balance at end-Dec 2025 was INR 4,825 crore.
Consolidated net sales reached Rs. 819.4 crore in Q3FY26, up from Rs. 722.4 crore in Q3FY25.
Operating profit margin improved to 38.9%, and EPS rose 8.9% YoY to Rs. 4.37.
Financial highlights
Nine-month FY26 standalone billings up 12% Y-O-Y to INR 2,120 crore; revenue up 14% to INR 2,247 crore.
Standalone operating profit for Q3FY26 was Rs 297 crore, up 12.9% YoY; margin at 36% for nine months.
Consolidated profit before tax (excluding exceptional items) was Rs. 444.7 crore, up from Rs. 416.9 crore YoY.
Total comprehensive loss at consolidated level was Rs. 3,954.6 crore in Q3FY26, compared to income of Rs. 3,182.4 crore in Q3FY25, mainly due to fair value changes in investments.
Deferred sales revenue reached Rs. 1,240 crore in Q3FY26.
