Interoil Exploration and Production ASA, together with its subsidiaries, is an upstream oil exploration and production company. The company's activities include identification, acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas resources in the Asia-Pacific region. It also explores for natural gas reserves onshore and offshore Australia; includes drilling to explore for oil or gas deposits by means of drilling wells in the ocean floor or on land; and develops natural gas reserves for export by constructing pipelines comprising underground or subsea pipelines that connect onshore fields to processing plants located offshore.
