Investment AB Spiltan is an investment company that invests in public and unlisted Swedish growth companies. Spiltan currently owns a portfolio consisting of tech, finance, real estate and industry companies. Spiltan was founded in Stockholm in 1985 as an investment club with about 40 members. Investment AB Spiltan was incorporated in 1986. Spiltan has also established new concepts in financial services through the subsidiary Spiltan Fonder. The largest owner is the company's CEO, Per Håkan Börjesson, and family, but several of the original owners also remain as owners and board.
