Executive summary
FY25 saw a strategic shift toward building out the education sector, particularly in the UK, with significant investments in staff across Australia, the UK, and North America.
The number of onboarded universities increased to 14, up 180% from the previous year.
Financial highlights
Total revenue reached AUD 2.76m, up 45% year-over-year from AUD 1.91m.
UK education revenue surged 80% to AUD 1.94m, compared to AUD 1.08m in the prior year.
Operating cash receipts rose 29% to AUD 2.65m from AUD 2.06m.
Net profit after tax (NPAT) was a loss of AUD 2.96m, a 4.5% improvement from a loss of AUD 3.1m.
Domestic revenue increased slightly to AUD 0.81m from AUD 0.79m.
