Executive summary

Financial highlights
Revenue for the first nine months reached €980.2 million, up 6.2% year-over-year (6.5% FX-adjusted).
Adjusted EBITDA rose 20.8% to €368.5 million, with a margin of 37.6% (up from 33.0% in 2024).
Q3 revenue was €324.2 million (+4.6% year-over-year), and adjusted EBITDA was €131.5 million (+20.8%), with a margin of 40.6%.
Free cash flow after leasing for the first nine months was €243 million, up from €219 million last year.
Net income reached €176.2 million, up 43.7% year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Revenue for 2025 is expected to grow by approximately 8% (adjusted for currency effects), with Web Presence & Productivity up 7–8% and Cloud Solutions ~10%.
Adjusted EBITDA margin forecasted at approximately 35% for 2025; adjusted EBITDA in core business projected to increase by about 17% to €480 million.
Full-year 2025 CapEx guidance updated to €60–70 million (approx. 5% of revenue).
Midterm targets: 10% revenue growth and 40% margin.
