Financial statements use IFRS; prior-year cost classifications were restated, moving property-related costs into cost of sales without changing reported losses, cash or net assets.
Use of proceeds and capital allocation
Planned allocations include £6.2m for Grolife consideration at completion and £1.7m for its first deferred payment, expected six months after completion.
Approximately £1.5m is earmarked for the proposed Bright Eyes acquisition and £50,000 for outstanding acquisition-related legal costs; the remainder is for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Grolife’s contemplated £10.2m cash consideration is subject to definitive agreements; deferred amounts are expected to be funded from operations, post-offering cash and future financing, with no committed financing in place.
If Grolife is not completed, its allocated proceeds are intended for working capital, general corporate purposes, or other acquisitions and investments aligned with growth plans.

excellent app, it gives me free access to company earnings calls and annual reports. I also love the convenience of calls being available offline so I can listen in whilst doing other things and even when internet or WiFi isn't available.
One of the very few apps you could call perfect. If something was to add to it, maybe the share price of the company when you search for it, but it's already excellent.
This is genuinely one of the cleanest and fastest finance apps out there to track the market.
