Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 was ₹1,052.37 crore, up from ₹938.70 crore in Q3 FY25; consolidated revenue was ₹1,230.68 crore, up from ₹1,015.40 crore year-over-year.
Standalone net profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹246.55 crore, up from ₹227.87 crore in Q3 FY25; consolidated net profit after tax was ₹236.83 crore, up from ₹216.00 crore year-over-year.
Standalone EPS for Q3 FY26 was ₹1.18 (basic and diluted); consolidated EPS was ₹1.13 (basic and diluted).
Sapphire Residences, Colombo, reported Q3 FY26 revenue of ₹82 crore and PBT of ₹26 crore.
Outlook and guidance
Targeting 220+ operational hotels and 20,000+ keys by 2030, with two-thirds of the portfolio managed.
Focus on asset-right strategy, premiumization, and expanding geographical footprint.
2.5x growth in management fees targeted by FY30 over FY25.
