Net profit for the quarter was ₹9,679 lakhs, compared to ₹10,183 lakhs year-over-year.
Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter stood at ₹2.64.
Outlook and guidance
Management remains cautiously optimistic for H2 FY26, expecting stronger performance in Q3 and Q4 as urban discretionary spending recovers.
Innovation, category development, and digital execution are key focus areas, with new product launches and distribution expansion planned.
Full-year EBITDA margin guidance remains at 16-17%.
Only standalone financial results will be presented from Q1 FY26 onward after subsidiary sale.
