Specific resolutions to be voted on
Four interconditional resolutions: none would take effect unless all four passed.
Resolution 1 proposed ASX delisting, conditional on the other resolutions and Nasdaq listing approval; delisting no earlier than one month after passage or receipt of Nasdaq approval, whichever is later.
Resolution 2 proposed Constitution amendments for Class B share terms, effective at meeting close if approved; Resolution 3 proposed consolidating every three ordinary shares into one, with the Board setting the effective date and fractions rounded to the nearest whole share.
