Executive summary
Divestment of China business for €70 million to local management, finalizing the shift to a pure-play industrial company focused on high-margin, high-growth niches in brakes, actuators, and controls, with proceeds funding a special dividend and share buyback.

HY1 normalized EBITA increased 18% to €15.3 million; normalized net profit before amortization up 28% to €8.8 million.
Added value margin improved by 190–220 bps in HY1, mainly from pricing and mix.
Free cash flow for HY1 was €5.7 million, supported by low CapEx (€4.2 million).

Trading conditions for H2 2025 expected to mirror H1: some weakness in Europe, steady US demand, and mixed trends in Asia.
