Executive summary
Achieved record-high comparable EBITA margin of 16.7% in Q3 2025, with strong order intake growth across all business areas despite market volatility and lower Port Solutions volumes.
Order intake increased by 20.1% year-over-year (22.9% in comparable FX), reaching approximately EUR 1,149 million, while net sales declined 7.6% year-over-year (5.5% in comparable FX) to nearly EUR 989 million.
Order book exceeded EUR 3 billion, the highest since Q1 2024, up 7.4% year-over-year, with increases in industrial equipment and port solutions.
Profitability was supported by good execution and one-off items, including an R&D grant and provision releases.
Free cash flow reached a record EUR 214 million, and net debt turned negative with a gearing of -1.6%.

Comparable EBITA for Q3 was EUR 164.9 million (+15.2% year-over-year), with a margin of 16.7%.
Net profit for the quarter was EUR 103.8 million, up 2.7% year-over-year.
Earnings per share (diluted) for Q3 was EUR 1.31 (EUR 1.27 last year).
Free cash flow for Jan–Sep was EUR 391.4 million (EUR 257.4 million last year).
Return on capital employed (R12M) reached 21.7%.
