Revenue for the six months ended July 31, 2025, was ¥2,930 million, a 16.6% decrease year-over-year.
Operating loss was ¥52 million, compared to an operating profit of ¥163 million in the prior year.
Net income attributable to shareholders was ¥12 million, down 93.1% year-over-year.
The business environment was impacted by rising land and construction costs, and higher mortgage rates.
Financial highlights
Gross profit declined to ¥711 million from ¥913 million year-over-year.
Ordinary profit dropped 89.3% to ¥26 million.
Cash and cash equivalents at period-end were ¥4,055 million, down ¥185 million from the previous year-end.
Total assets increased by ¥938 million to ¥17,959 million, mainly due to increased real estate inventory and construction in progress.
Outlook and guidance
No changes to the full-year earnings forecast previously announced on March 13, 2025.
