Executive summary
Rental income for Jan–Dec 2025 was 81,039 tkr, up from 72,929 tkr year-over-year.
Net operating income for the year reached 69,297 tkr, compared to 67,935 tkr in 2024.
Net profit for the year was 42,497 tkr, up from 33,523 tkr year-over-year.
Fourth quarter rental income was 22,374 tkr, with net profit of 16,998 tkr, a significant increase from 5,875 tkr in Q4 2024.
Strategic actions included a rights issue and property acquisitions to strengthen the balance sheet and prepare for refinancing.
