Portfolio and positioning

• Three district-scale assets: Bethania in Peru is ramping up production; Silver Kings in Ontario and Umm Hadid in Saudi Arabia are in exploration.

• Silver accounts for 85%-90% of revenue; presentation cites 10-12 listed peers with more than 50% silver revenue.

• At June 30, 2026: $25.5 million cash, no debt, 195 million shares outstanding and 236 million fully diluted.

Bethania production and growth

• In production in Peru with 100+ employees; fully permitted, debt-free and holding ~$25 million cash, with a multi-quarter ramp-up underway.

• 2026 Phase 1 plan targets 350 tpd and an exit rate above 1.0 million oz AgEq/year, based on the 2023 PEA; management also expects output above 1 million silver ounces annually at permitted capacity.

• Management expects profitable quarters within three to six months; 2027 plans include commercial production and cash flow generation.

• H2 2026 priorities include advancing the Camila plant expansion and Bethania plant development; a new plant at a permitted site is planned for next year.

• Longer-term plans include expanding Bethania and satellite deposits; the 100/100 Plan targets $100 million annual EBITDA and 100 million+ oz equivalent.

Peru exploration

• A 20,000 m 2026 Bethania drill program is split between 10,000 m underground and 10,000 m surface/regional drilling; it is expected to take six to seven months and run into next Q2.

• Half the drill budget targets untested areas near the mine; underground drilling will extend known veins at depth, while a surface rig tests veins to the east.

• Carmelitas Main, Millococha Oeste and Tito are priorities among six identified vein systems; management plans to drill larger systems first.

• Current resource covers 15 ha of a 5,600+ ha land package; Millococha sampling returned 12 results above 1,000 g/t AgEq, with a maximum of 2,668 g/t AgEq.
