Executive summary
Signed a creditor restructuring Agreement on September 10, 2026, rescheduling existing debt to 2030, providing for partial write-off and conversion of unsecured debt into hybrid instruments.

Financial covenants apply from June 2027; the Agreement, based on a certified plan, establishes new financial parameters.
