Executive summary
Q1 FY2026 net sales rose 47.5% year-over-year to JPY 54.2 billion, driven by strong semiconductor-related product demand, especially for GPUs and HBM used in AI servers for data centers.
Operating income increased 67.9% year-over-year to JPY 26.7 billion, and net income attributable to owners of parent surged 113.4% to JPY 19.1 billion.
Comprehensive income reached JPY 19.2 billion, up 182.9% year-over-year.

Semiconductor-related product sales grew 62.6% year-over-year to JPY 41.7 billion, while services increased 22.5% to JPY 12.2 billion; other products declined 80.2%.

R&D expenses increased 41.4% year-over-year to JPY 3.1 billion.

Full-year FY2026 forecast maintained: net sales JPY 200 billion, operating income JPY 85 billion, net profit JPY 60 billion, and net income per share projected at JPY 665.75.
Orders are expected to start recovering gradually from calendar year 2026.
