Opening remarks and agenda

Financial performance review

• Statutory net profit after tax for FY2025 was AUD 133 million, a 16% increase over FY2024, with underlying NPATA rising to AUD 145 million, up 10% from the previous year.

• Net revenue increased to AUD 604 million, with a cost-to-income ratio improvement to 27.1% and lower impairment expenses as credit risk moderated.

• Total distributions and dividends were AUD 0.52 per security, more than doubling from 25c the previous year, including a special dividend paid in September 2025.

• AUD 4.5 billion in new funding was raised, and the investment-grade rating and 12% cash ROE were maintained.

• Loan originations increased, reflecting improved credit demand as interest rates decreased, with FY26 new loan origination expected to exceed FY25.

Board and executive committee updates

• Michael Hawker was welcomed as a new non-executive director, bringing extensive financial services and board experience.

• Peter Hawkins retired after 18 years of service, recognized for his leadership and strategic insight.
