Executive summary
Q2'26 revenue reached $319.0 million, up 15% year-over-year and surpassing guidance.
Gross profit increased 18% year-over-year to $135.2 million, with gross margin improving to 42%.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $21.3 million from $14.0 million year-over-year.
Adjusted Free Cash Flow increased to $18.0 million from $1.6 million a year ago.
Net loss for the quarter was $32.7 million, or $0.24 per share, while Adjusted Income improved to $22.2 million, or $0.16 per share.

Transaction-based revenue grew 17% year-over-year to $215.8 million; subscription revenue rose 9% to $93.5 million.
Q2'26 Gross Payment Volume (GPV) was $10.8 billion, up 22% year-over-year; Gross Transaction Volume (GTV) reached $25.3 billion, up 7% year-over-year.
ARPU grew 15% year-over-year to approximately $685; subscription ARPU up 10%.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at $462.5 million as of September 30, 2025.
Cash flows from operating activities were $25.5 million, compared to an outflow of $11.3 million last year.
