Executive summary
Q2’26 consolidated revenue reached R$12.327bn, up 24.5% YoY, with growth across all business lines.
Net income rose 30.6% YoY to R$1.003bn, compared with adjusted 2Q25 net income.
EBITDA reached R$3.755bn, up 14.1% YoY; EBIT was R$2.325bn, up 15.1%.
Annualized 1H26 ROIC spread over after-tax debt cost was 6.1 p.p.
Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue rose 24.5% YoY to R$12.327bn; rental revenue grew 8.8% and Seminovos revenue 38.9%.
EBITDA increased 14.1% YoY to R$3.755bn; consolidated rental EBITDA margin was 71.3%, versus 68.7% in 2Q25.
EBIT rose 15.1% YoY to R$2.325bn; EBIT margin over rental revenue reached 46.7%, versus 43.8%.
Net income was R$1.003bn, up 30.6% YoY versus adjusted 2Q25 net income of R$768m.
Free cash flow before interest and other items was R$1.8bn in 1H26.
