Executive summary
Revenue for Q1 FY2027 was ¥6,739 million, up 26.0% year-over-year, with operating profit at ¥371 million, up 13.2% year-over-year, and net income attributable to shareholders at ¥276 million, up 15.1% year-over-year.
Growth was driven by robust capital investment in logistics, food, and data center sectors, as well as steady corporate IT investment.
Financial highlights
Gross profit rose to ¥1,014 million from ¥929 million year-over-year, with gross margin improving.
Operating profit increased to ¥371 million from ¥328 million, and ordinary profit to ¥395 million from ¥343 million year-over-year.
Comprehensive income for the quarter was ¥432 million, up 26.6% year-over-year.
EPS for Q1 was ¥170.44, up from the previous year.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year revenue forecast is ¥30,000 million, up 11.1% year-over-year, with operating profit projected at ¥1,600 million (down 0.6%) and net income at ¥1,080 million (down 3.1%).
