Executive summary
Revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, reached ¥205.8 billion, up 10% year-over-year, with operating profit at ¥39.8 billion (+20%) and net profit at ¥21.5 billion (+13%).
EPS increased 17% year-over-year to ¥119.3, driven by higher profits.
Total group transactions hit a record ¥4,020.4 billion (+9% YoY), led by FinTech's card credit transactions.
Financial highlights
Operating profit rose by ¥6.5 billion year-over-year, with a notable increase in both Retailing (+¥2.6 billion) and FinTech (+¥4.4 billion) segments, excluding the impact of liquidated accounts receivables.
Retailing segment operating profit was ¥8.4 billion (+45% YoY); FinTech segment operating profit was ¥37.5 billion (+12% YoY).
Recurring gross profit reached ¥121.3 billion (+8% YoY), with recurring revenue accounting for 66.1% of gross profit.
Interest-bearing debt increased to ¥776.6 billion (+¥140.1 billion from previous year), and equity-to-asset ratio declined to 19.7% (-3.7%).
Cash flows from operating activities were an outflow of ¥89.8 billion, with core operating cash flow at ¥34.5 billion.
Outlook and guidance
FY2026 revenue is forecast at ¥272.5 billion (+7% YoY), operating profit at ¥50.0 billion (+12%), and net income at ¥28.0 billion (+5%).
EPS is projected at ¥155.0 (+8% YoY), with ROE at 11.2% and ROIC at 3.9%.
Retailing segment operating profit is forecast at ¥11.0 billion (+28% YoY), FinTech at ¥47.0 billion (+7%).
Annual dividend is expected to reach a record ¥131 per share (+¥25 YoY), with a DOE target of 10%.
