Outlook and guidance

• Investment strategy targets monthly cash distributions of 7.00% p.a. net of fees and costs and capital preservation; the through-cycle return target is 8–10% p.a.

• FY26 distribution return was 7.24%, while net return was -2.47%, below the through-cycle target; future investment returns are not guaranteed.

• Monthly distributions declared after year-end were 1.11c/unit, 1.14c/unit and 1.18c/unit for July, August and September 2026, respectively.
