Executive summary
Revenue for the six months ended September 30, 2025, rose 11.3% year-over-year to ¥123,926 million, driven by strong domestic and overseas sales, especially from recent acquisitions.
Operating profit increased 53.5% to ¥13,942 million, and profit attributable to owners of parent surged 66.1% to ¥12,242 million, reflecting higher sales and lower M&A expenses despite increased personnel costs.

Dividend forecast for the year is ¥67.00 per share, up from ¥61.00 in the previous year.
