• Gruyere TSF Stage 4 Raise: Extended tailings storage at Gruyere Gold Mine, moving 1.2 million m³ in 9 months, completed on time and budget with zero safety incidents.

• Mt Shenton Road Upgrade: Upgraded 18 km of road for Gruyere Gold Mine, handling 86,400 tonnes of material in 3.5 months, achieving a TRIFR of 0.00.
