Executive summary
FY26 consolidated revenue was ₹33,511.58 million; PAT before exceptional items was ₹3,973.44 million and PAT after exceptional items was ₹2,427.05 million.
Standalone revenue was ₹18,815.67 million; PAT before exceptional items was ₹2,354.22 million and reported PAT was ₹1,156.94 million.
Consolidated earnings included exceptional losses for a one-time CEO incentive and a cyber incident at the lending subsidiary.
Financial highlights
Consolidated operating revenue rose to ₹33,511.58 million from ₹23,391.46 million in FY25; total expenses were ₹28,702.67 million versus ₹20,593.18 million.
Consolidated profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹5,340.07 million versus ₹3,192.11 million; PAT before exceptional items was ₹3,973.44 million versus ₹2,402.75 million.
Excluding exceptional items, consolidated basic/diluted EPS was ₹2.61/₹2.57; reported basic/diluted EPS was ₹1.60/₹1.57.
Standalone revenue increased to ₹18,815.67 million from ₹14,874.24 million; PAT before exceptional items was ₹2,354.22 million versus ₹1,640.21 million.
Standalone reported PAT was ₹1,156.94 million after a ₹1,600 million exceptional incentive expense and ₹402.72 million related tax impact.
Outlook and guidance
Proposed IPO comprises a fresh equity issue and an offer for sale; shareholder approvals cover fresh issuance of up to ₹18,000 million, and the DRHP was filed on March 3, 2026.
IPO approval remained pending as of the June 3, 2026 secretarial audit report; proposed AoA changes establish procedures for required IPO share lock-ins.
