Board approved unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reviewed by statutory auditors.
Market capitalization stood at ₹55,850 Cr as of July 23, 2025.
Financial highlights
Wealth Management net revenue rose 7% YoY to ₹568 Cr; Capital Market revenue surged 54% YoY to ₹207 Cr; Asset & Private Wealth Management revenue increased 46% YoY to ₹560 Cr.
AMC gross flows grew 60% YoY to ₹14,568 Cr; net flows increased from ₹5,300 Cr to ₹8,500 Cr; 92% of AMC AUM outperformed benchmarks.
Treasury Investments PAT was ₹908 Cr, significantly boosting total PAT.
Housing finance AUM up 22% YoY to ₹5,027 Cr; disbursements grew 57% to nearly ₹400 Cr; GNPA at 1.2%.
Basic EPS for Q1 FY26 was ₹19.39, compared to ₹14.78 in Q1 FY25.
Outlook and guidance
Strong deal pipeline in capital markets; no expectation of weaker quarters ahead.
Optimistic about future growth, aiming to maintain or improve IRR on treasury investments and sustain dividend payout subject to business needs.
Distribution and NII expected to outgrow broking in wealth management; annuity and trail-based revenues to continue rising.
