Executive summary
Revenue increased to AED 50,935 million in 2025 from AED 39,528 million in 2024, driven by acquisitions and new investments, notably CI Financial Corp. and Getir.
Profit attributable to the Owner rose to AED 41,990 million, up from AED 37,376 million year-over-year.
Total assets grew to AED 739,001 million, and total equity attributable to the Owner reached AED 413,862 million.
