Executive summary
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were ¥7,390 million, a 25.9% decrease year-over-year.
Operating profit dropped 99.5% year-over-year to ¥5 million, with a net loss attributable to owners of parent of ¥32 million, compared to a profit of ¥785 million last year.
Comprehensive income fell 53.0% year-over-year to ¥380 million.

Gross profit for the quarter was ¥1,696 million, down from ¥2,898 million year-over-year.
Ordinary profit declined 93.6% year-over-year to ¥76 million.
Basic earnings per share was negative at ¥(4.83), compared to ¥115.30 in the prior year.
Equity ratio improved to 73.7% from 69.9% at the previous fiscal year-end.
Outlook and guidance
No changes to the previously announced full-year and second-quarter earnings forecasts.
Fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, is forecasted to see net sales of ¥33,959 million (down 16.3% year-over-year), operating profit of ¥596 million (down 87.3%), and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥391 million (down 86.1%).
