Product portfolio and market opportunity

• Mustard-seed extracts are refined into TerraSante, a biofertility product, and TerraMG, a pre-registration biopesticide targeting nematodes, disease and other pests.

• The global fertilizer and pesticide market was cited at CAD 380 billion; biologicals were described as the fastest-growing segment, with biocontrol growth potential up to 15% and biofertility 12.2%.

TerraSante commercialization

TerraMG partnership and registration

• Bayer is investing $35 million-$40 million in registration across Europe, Africa and the Middle East; a first milestone payment was received in June 2026 after technology applications and field performance milestones.

• North American registration work is underway with the U.S. EPA and Canada’s PMRA; Canadian opportunity includes clubroot-affected canola, with trials reporting success across Canada.
