Executive summary
Achieved record consolidated loan AUM of ₹1,64,720 Crores, up 48% YoY for the nine months ended Dec 31, 2025, with standalone AUM reaching ₹1,39,658 Crores and gold loan AUM rising 50% YoY.
Consolidated profit after tax for nine months reached ₹7,209 Crores, up 84% YoY, with standalone PAT at ₹7,048 Crores, up 91% YoY.
Subsidiaries in home loans, microfinance, insurance, and vehicle finance reported mixed results, with strong growth in some and losses in others.
Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, were approved by the Board on February 12, 2026.
Interim dividend of Rs. 26 per share was declared for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Financial highlights
Interest income for 9M FY26 was ₹2,13,623 million, up 50% YoY; total income reached ₹2,20,568 million, also up 50%.
Standalone net profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 26,564.22 million, up from Rs. 13,630.90 million in Q3 FY25.
Muthoot Home Loan AUM grew 24% YoY to ₹3,380 Crores; revenue up 38% to ₹339 Crores; PAT at ₹19 Crores.
Muthoot Money loan portfolio up 168% YoY to ₹8,003 Crores; nine-month PAT at ₹203 Crores.
Belstar Microfinance AUM at ₹7,911 Crores; Q3 PAT ₹51 Crores, but reported a loss of ₹1,086 million for 9M FY26.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects continued strong growth in gold loan business, supported by regulatory changes and digital initiatives.
