Financial highlights
Profit before finance costs attributable to unit holders was $77.6 million for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, up from $68.9 million in the prior corresponding period.
Total income for the half-year was $84.0 million, compared to $74.9 million for the same period last year.
Management fees and costs totaled $5.1 million, with total expenses of $6.4 million for the half-year.
No distributions were declared for the half-years ended 31 December 2025 and 2024.
Net assets attributable to unit holders increased to $963.7 million as at 31 December 2025, from $830.2 million at 30 June 2025.
Outlook and guidance
Directors are satisfied the Fund has sufficient resources to continue operations for at least 12 months from the report date.
