Nexus Industrial REIT is a Toronto-based, unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT has been established for the purpose of acquiring and owning income producing industrial, office and retail properties located in primary and secondary markets across Canada, with a focus on the acquisition and ownership of industrial properties. The REIT will consider opportunities to invest in properties and portfolios of properties in other sectors that are complementary to the REIT's industrial portfolio.
