Multiple senior executives, including the chairman, CFO, and executive vice presidents, have resigned or been suspended due to findings of prolonged accounting misconduct.
Compensation reductions for directors and officers, with 100% cut until submission of internal management confirmation, and 50% or 30% cuts for others for four months.
Transition to a renewed management structure, with emphasis on diversity and transparency, to restore stakeholder trust.
Board composition to be reviewed, inviting members with management and accounting expertise, and strengthening outside director functions.
Establishment of a Responsibility Investigation Committee to examine legal responsibility of current and former officers.
