Executive summary
Net sales for Q2 FY2025 were ¥44,112 million, down 0.5% year-over-year, with operating income up 1.3% to ¥2,580 million and net income down 6.0% to ¥5,482 million.
Comprehensive income dropped 65.5% year-over-year to ¥3,745 million.
Sales remained solid in logistics and showed recovery in automotive, but other industries were stagnant; labor and freight costs increased.
Overseas sales ratio rose to 33.7%, driven by strong demand in North America.

Equity-to-asset ratio remained strong at 85.0%.
