Revenue reached $124M for FY25, up 5% year-over-year, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) at $120M, up 15% year-over-year.

Recurring revenue now represents 84% of total revenue, with 100% of software revenue from subscriptions.

Financial highlights
Operating cash flow was $46M, cash balance at $99M, and full-year dividend paid was $22M.
SaaS revenue grew at a 28% CAGR since FY2019, while non-recurring revenue declined at a -2% CAGR.
Services revenue intentionally reduced, moderating headline growth; subscription revenue growth to better reflect ARR in FY26.
Outlook and guidance
FY26 targets: ARR growth of 15% remains the internal focus, with segment growth targets of 11–13% for content solutions, 20–25% for planning/building and regulatory solutions.
Plans to execute organic growth projects and accelerate growth through M&A opportunities.
