Executive summary

• Q3/26 trading indicators show lower production and sales volumes in E&P, alongside a sharp rise in the indicator refining margin and refined product sales.

Segment performance

• E&P hydrocarbon production was 98.8 kboe/d vs 104.8 kboe/d in Q3/25; sales were 93.7 kboe/d vs 100.6 kboe/d.

• E&P crude oil and NGL production was 44.5 kboe/d and natural gas production 54.2 kboe/d; realized crude price was $85.25/bbl vs $59.71/bbl in Q3/25.

• R&M indicator refining margin was $41.75/bbl vs $14.02/bbl in Q3/25; utilization was 100% and refined product sales were 1.65 mn t vs 1.50 mn t.

• Gas sales to third parties were 7.01 TWh vs 8.94 TWh in Q3/25; Brazi net electrical output was 1.32 TWh vs 1.27 TWh.
