Executive summary
Q3 FY2026 revenue reached $67.6 million, up 4% year-over-year, driven by business solutions and Ooma Business growth.
Non-GAAP net income was $7.7 million, up 68% year-over-year; GAAP net income was $1.4 million, reversing a prior year loss.
Adjusted EBITDA hit a record $8.6 million, up 50% year-over-year.
Two acquisitions: FluentStream (closed for $45 million) and Phone.com (expected to close Q4 for $23.2 million), adding over 165,000 users and $45 million in annual revenue.
