Operating outlook

• Multi-mine operation across Burkina Faso and Quebec; 2026 production guidance of 230,000–240,000 oz from two operations, with production expected to grow in coming years.

• Bomboré 2026 production guidance of 160,000–180,000 oz; management expects costs at the lower end of guidance.

• Bomboré has 2.4 Moz of resources to an average depth of 37 m and 5 Moz to approximately 75 m; 100,000 m of drilling added, with a new resource, reserve and mine plan targeted for end-Q1 2027.

• Hard-rock mill throughput reached 4,700 t/d; management expects to run at 4,400 t/d after mill adjustments.

Casa Berardi operations and exploration

• Casa Berardi life-of-mine plan outlines 14 years of open-pit and underground production, averaging 116,000 oz/year at AISC just under CAD 1,900/oz.

• Drilling underway: approximately 70,000 m planned in 2026 and more than 100,000 m targeted in 2027; underground development is running at 17 m/day, with 20 m/day an aspiration.

• Exploration targets include higher-grade zones below pits, the north side of the Casa Berardi Fault and underexplored Abitibi ground; further drill results were expected in coming weeks.

• A regional exploration program is planned over winter 2026, with results expected in Q2 2027; 37 km of the Casa Berardi fault and belt are held.

• Casa Berardi produced more than 3.2 Moz over 30 years, with 3 Moz of resources remaining; management targets production above 150,000 oz/year beyond 2033 through reinvestment and mine-life extensions.

Heva-Hosco development

• Heva-Hosco lies on the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break; a new PEA was targeted for October 2026, based on a 3 Mtpa mill, following successful metallurgical test work.

• Feasibility work is planned after the PEA, with a construction decision targeted for end-2027 to early 2028.
