Executive summary
Consolidated net sales, operating profit, and operating cash flow for the first half reached record highs, exceeding prior year and forecasts, driven by Fantasy Springs, special events, and higher per-guest and hotel revenue.
Net sales for the first half of FY2026 rose 6.4% year-over-year to ¥316,189 million, with operating profit up 8.0% to ¥68,241 million and profit attributable to owners of parent up 6.1% to ¥48,310 million.
Attendance remained stable, while per-guest spending and hotel revenue reached record highs.
Comprehensive income surged 69.2% year-over-year to ¥60,701 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025.
Financial highlights
Consolidated net sales for 1H FY3/26: ¥316.1B, up 6.4% year-over-year; operating profit: ¥68.2B, up 8.0%; profit attributable to owners of parent: ¥48.3B, up 6.1%.
Net sales per guest: ¥18,196, a 5.2% increase year-over-year; gross profit increased to ¥118,750 million.
Theme Park segment net sales: ¥251.7B (+5.4%), operating profit: ¥49.7B (−0.4%).
Hotel Business segment net sales: ¥56.1B (+11.6%), operating profit: ¥17.5B (+41.4%).
Other Business segment net sales: ¥8.2B (+1.0%), operating profit: ¥0.6B (+21.1%).
Outlook and guidance
Full-year FY2026 net sales are projected at ¥693,352 million, up 2.1% year-over-year, with operating profit expected to decline 7.0% to ¥160,000 million and profit attributable to owners of parent to decrease 8.7% to ¥113,375 million.
Full-year earnings forecast remains unchanged despite first-half outperformance, as the third quarter onward is the main attendance period and some first-half profit gains were due to timing of costs.
Earnings per share for the full year are forecast at ¥69.16.
Focus remains on initiatives and special events in the fourth quarter to drive attendance and revenue.
