Executive summary
Revenue grew 2.7% year-over-year to €1.63bn for the nine months ended 30 April 2026, with Q3 up 2.9%, driven by sustained growth in Agriculture and Living Landscapes despite volatile macro conditions.
Full-year adjusted diluted EPS guidance set at 52-55 cent, compared to 54.21 cent in FY25.
Performance supported by a diversified earnings base and disciplined supply chain management, with strong customer commitment and product availability.
Financial highlights
Group revenue up 2.7% YTD (5.0% constant currency), with Agriculture up 2.1% and Living Landscapes up 9.3%.
Excluding crop marketing, revenue increased 3.5% YTD (6.1% constant currency), driven by 1.2% volume growth, 4.1% pricing, and 0.8% from acquisitions, offset by a 2.6% currency headwind.
Agriculture revenue: €1.48bn YTD, with 0.9% volume growth and 3.3% pricing increase, partially offset by a 2.1% negative currency impact.
Living Landscapes revenue: €150.0m YTD, with 5.0% underlying growth and 8.2% from acquisitions.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year adjusted diluted EPS expected in the range of 52-55 cent.
Preliminary FY26 results to be announced on 22 September 2026.
