Opening remarks and agenda

• The 13th AGM opened in hybrid format after quorum was confirmed; the notice of meeting was taken as read.

• The agenda covered FY 2026 performance, strategic priorities, sustainability progress and the Board’s response to shareholder feedback on remuneration.

Financial performance review

• FY26 EBITDA was $420.3m, up $1.5m or 0.3%; EBIT was $248.2m, down $13.9m or 5.3%; NPAT was $142.2m and EPS was 11.4c, flat vs FY25.

• Operating cash flow was $290.7m with 98.3% cash realisation; net debt was $481.1m and leverage was 1.2x.

• Cans revenue rose 13.3% to $880.0m, EBITDA rose 10.5% to $131.2m and EBIT rose 7.3% to $111.4m; volumes increased 6.3%.

• Saverglass volumes rose 5.9%, but lower-priced mix weighed on margins and EBIT fell €16.4m; Gawler EBIT rose 11% to $28m.

• A €449.7m / $742.8m non-cash Glass impairment was recorded; it does not affect liquidity or FY27 free cash flow available to shareholders.

Board and executive committee updates

• Rob Sindel served as Chair and Brian Lowe as Managing Director and CEO; Independent Non-Executive Directors were Michael Fraser, Tom Gorman, Sarah Hofman, Jackie McArthur and Claude-Alain Tardy.

• Sarah Hofman stood for re-election; Susannah Joblin-Hodgson became Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer.

• Paul Victor was due to join as Group CFO in early November; Ann Stubbings was to leave at the end of 2026 after more than 13 years.

• Shaun Hughes was acknowledged for six years of leadership and contribution.
