The company operates through three segments: Loyalty eCommerce and Technology Solutions (eCommerce), Managed Services, and Points Travel. Its platform enables loyalty programs to reward their members with airline miles, hotel points, retail points, credit card points, the ability to earn rewards on purchases at hundreds of online merchants through its online shopping mall; redeem for various rewards; share points among programs and geographic regions; track accounts; automate member communications; create targeted offers; and manage logistics associated with campaigns and rewards fulfillment. The company serves miles and points collectors, travel industry including airlines, hotels, credit cards, car rentals, etc., financial service companies including banks and retailers through reseller channels that use its technologies to deliver added value to their customers.
