FY26 consolidated revenue reached ₹1,31,955 million (+70.58% YoY); EBITDA: ₹42,192 million (+43.27% YoY); PAT: ₹13,119 million (+112.80% YoY).
Q4 FY26 revenue: ₹41,435 million (+160.71% YoY); EBITDA: ₹11,152 million (+85.25% YoY); PAT: ₹2,972 million (+596.02% YoY).
Operating cash flows for FY26 reached ₹70,407 million (+20% CAGR over 5 years).
Net debt as of March 2026: ₹1,09,082 million; average cost of debt: 9.33%; debt-equity ratio: 0.65.
Earnings per share (consolidated, basic) for FY26 was Rs. 27.76, up from Rs. 11.19 in FY25.
Outlook and guidance
Targeting 15%-20% growth in both pre-sales and collections for FY27, with a strong pipeline of 69 upcoming projects (98 mn sq. ft.) and unrecognised revenue of ₹6,59,353 million.
Planned launches with GDV of ₹58,000 crore in FY27, with ₹9,500 crore already launched in Hyderabad.
Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus for a proposed IPO in April 2025.
